Raylene did a wonderful job of creating an online video that was right on brief…and more. We were looking for a video to engage our business community in Onesie Day, so it had to have plenty of the fun factor. Raylene took our idea, and turned it into a perfectly quirky, unique and engaging video. She brought lots of creative ideas to the process that made it much better than we’d thought was possible. The process itself was also easy – lots of talking things through, and working together to get the final product in exactly the right place. All done quickly at an extremely good rate.
We’ve since started work on a second project which has a much more serious feel to it. Again we are really pleased with how this is progressing. Raylene works in a way that is consultative and collaborative. She has a talent for getting to the heart of what we are trying to achieve, and gives lots of good advice about the best to get there.
We are delighted with the work Rayzordoll Beals has produced for REACT. Fun and funky with her signature quirky editing. Ray has captured the variety of work produced in our workshops and on the streets for community parades and displays.
The incorporation of go-pro technology has helped us with collating more accurately participant numbers and also produced wonderful film clips that visually show funding bodies exactly what their money enabled. We believe they have also been instrumental in securing further funding.
We have had the pleasure of her company on 3 projects: Out of the Suitcase Puppet Festival, Splore festival and International Women's Day 2016 and in every instance she has been a true team member. Experienced and professional, and great to have around.

Raylene Beals is fantastic to work with. She's solutions focussed, keeps her mind on the outcome required for the job and balances a great creative eye with sharp technical skills. Great to have on board a team, large or small.

Ray did an awesome job putting together and presenting the visuals for Spring for Kaibosh this year, a musical fundraiser for local charity Kaibosh Food Rescue. After some brainstorming and being provided with themes and images for the charity, she nailed the brief, providing a fun, informative top-notch VJ display. The production of a fantastic 8 1/2-minute video loop covering key Kaibosh messages, information about the event and its sponsors was an added bonus that Ray managed to create at very short notice. We really to hope to work with Ray again on similar projects in the future, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others who are looking to take their events or shows to the next level.
It was an absolute pleasure engaging Media Ray for doing the live video production work at Holi Wellington Colour Fest. Raylene was a very professional in her approach and her creativity even made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. Raylene created a lot of graphics for this event and mixed with live feeds from 3 cameras and it was magic on the big screen.
We would like to wish Media Ray all the very best for their future projects and would love to have them back for the visuals for our future projects.
